Edward
Rose Massocco is the General
Director
of Lomas
del Centenario and
has the experience of developing and operating
large resorts, commercial, and residential
real estate projects in Mexico for nearly 40 years. Originally from California, he
formally
immigrated
to Mexico in the early '80s and currently
resides in La Paz.
From his extensive experience he is considered an expert in Mexican real estate law, and federal, state, and local regulatory requirements and processing.
His expertise allows us to insure that each government agency has approved your home site from an environmental impact report, to our high tension electrical water
and sewer systems which Lomas Del Centenario has
already completed..
Edward is also a creative custom home designer and builder with a keen
